Our client, a prominent real estate developer based in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to deepen their experience in integrated facilities and property management within a reputable and structured environment. This role will be for their commercial building operations team in CBD area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take over and hand over premises to and from tenants or purchasers.
- Plan, schedule and execute preventive maintenance across assigned properties.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors on maintenance repairs and renovation works.
- Ensure building standards are maintained, particularly in security, safety, and cleanliness.
- Respond promptly to service requests, feedback, and complaints from tenants and stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, partners, and service vendors.
- Serve as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g. SIC, ERT, First Aider).
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Building, or Facilities/Estate Management.
- Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager and SCEM are advantageous.
- WSQ training in Site Incident Controller (SIC) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in facilities, property, or building operations.
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
