We are partnering with a leading facilities management company with a strong track record in managing complex, large-scale built environments. They are currently looking for a Facilities Project Manager to oversee Addition & Alteration (A&A) and upgrading works across a high-traffic, mission-critical site.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction for the full lifecycle of projects, including design, planning, scheduling, scope development, and budgeting.
Oversee the successful execution and completion of A&A and upgrading works, ensuring they meet timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
Manage and negotiate consultant and contractor services, monitor their performance, and ensure alignment with project goals and compliance standards.
Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure that certified consultants meet all performance and safety benchmarks.
Monitor progress across all phases of planning and construction; provide updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Oversee project budgets, including cost tracking and approvals for payments to consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
Support the team with any other project-related tasks or assignments as directed by the management.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Facilities/Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience; OR Diploma in a relevant field with 5 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Solid knowledge of local building regulations and A&A project processes
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple contractors and consultants simultaneously.
