We're currently working with a renowned logistics supply chain operator on the hunt for a seasoned Facilities / Building Manager to oversee the seamless operation of 4-5 buildings. As a strategic employee to the organization, you'll drive operational excellence, safety, and sustainability while delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Lead site operations, maintenance, and management of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
- Vendor Management: Oversee external vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage annual facilities budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety practices, ensuring prompt incident resolution and maintaining site documentation.
- Project and Space Management: Lead site improvement projects, plan office layouts, and optimize space utilization.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of facilities technicians, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Sustainability and ESG Reporting: Lead quarterly emissions reporting, analyze environmental data, and develop strategic plans to reduce emissions and improve energy efficiency.
- Sustainable Project Management: Identify and execute green initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- Technology and Systems: Implement facility management software tools, enabling real-time analytics and reporting.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields (or Diploma with 8+ years of relevant supervisory experience)
5-8 years' experience managing multiple sites in commercial, industrial, or high-tech environments
- Strong understanding of M&E systems, BMS, FM software/tools, and energy management
- Proven leadership, project management, and vendor negotiation skills
EHS certifications (e.g., BizSAFE Level 3 or WSQ standards) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
