Key Responsibilities:
- M&E Operations: Lead a team of approximately 80 staff, including technicians and site supervisors, to ensure seamless delivery of M&E services.
- Team Management: Foster a high-performance culture, driving staff development and operational excellence.
- Project Delivery: Oversee M&E installations, upgrades, and maintenance across our building portfolio, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.
- Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical guidance on M&E systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with project teams, clients, and external partners to ensure M&E services meet requirements.

Key Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent.
- Experience: 10+ years in M&E engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
