We are seeking a talented Investment Manager to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success in the Chinese real estate market.

As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition, development, and performance of real estate assets in China. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing your expertise to identify and execute strategic investment opportunities, optimize asset performance, and drive long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination and Evaluation
- Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities in China, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment to assess the viability and profitability of potential investments.
- Develop comprehensive investment proposals and present findings to senior management for approval.

Transaction Execution
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and timely closings.
- Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to real estate transactions.

Asset Management
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance the performance and value of existing real estate assets.
- Monitor market trends, property performance, and tenant relationships to identify opportunities for value optimization and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate property management activities, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and capital improvements.

Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and other departments, providing regular updates on investment performance and market trends.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including property owners, developers, brokers, financial institutions, and government authorities, to facilitate successful transactions and ongoing asset management activities.

Market Research and Analysis
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, regulatory changes, and economic indicators affecting the real estate market in China.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related fields, preferably with a proven track record of successful deal execution and portfolio management in China.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin proficiency is required as the stakeholders are only well-versed in Mandarin. 
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate investment software/tools.
