As an Investment Manager, you'll be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing data center investments and strategic developments across the region. You'll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to high-impact decisions, and grow your expertise in a rapidly evolving market. Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Evaluation & Execution: Lead due diligence, assist in assessing potential investments, and manage commercial negotiations to drive successful outcomes.
- Financial Mastery: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including project returns, tax considerations, and valuation, to support strategic decision-making.
- Market Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, tracking industry trends, competitive activities, and pricing to keep us at the cutting edge.
- Strategic Communication: Prepare compelling investment committee memos and reports, clearly articulating opportunities and risks to investors and senior leadership.
- Operational Partnership: Coordinate seamlessly with local teams on site matters and manage communication with key external partners including lawyers, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
MBA/CFA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, or investment banking.
- Digital infrastructure experience is a significant plus!
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting at an executive/strategic level.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential. Korean is a plus!
