We are partnering with a real estate group with a diversified portfolio across hospitality, investment properties, and integrated services. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management to drive leasing performance and optimise portfolio returns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations on lease terms, rental rates, and contractual conditions to secure commercially favourable outcomes
- Manage lease renewals, extensions, and rental reviews
- Develop and implement leasing strategies through market analysis and competitor benchmarking
- Oversee lease administration including documentation, key dates tracking, and compliance matters
- Maintain accurate leasing records and property databases
- Prepare leasing reports, presentations, and tenancy documentation
- Coordinate site inspections, handovers, arrears management, and tenant support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and business partners

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial property leasing
- Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Good understanding of Singapore’s property market dynamics
- Ability to liaise confidently with Chinese-speaking clients
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
