We are representing a leading property group to recruit a Property Executive for a flagship lifestyle and retail asset in central Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, mixed-use environment, combining retail, dining, and entertainment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily mall operations and maintenance.
Plan, coordinate, and execute operational programmes and maintenance works to ensure optimal performance.
Manage and administer maintenance contracts, track operational expenses, and ensure timely delivery of services.
Handle procurement processes, including obtaining quotations and raising Purchase Orders.
Support the implementation of Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), tenant renovation works, and operational requirements for promotional events.
Liaise with the Contracts & Procurement team on ad-hoc procurement, cyclical replacements, and enhancement works.
Respond promptly to feedback and service requests from tenants and stakeholders.
Supervise technicians and vendors to uphold operational and service quality standards.
Monitor tenant rental arrears and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Serve as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
Contribute to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) processes, including PTW reviews, risk assessments, and safety audits.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
- Strong initiative, leadership ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and systematic in problem-solving, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours when required.
