We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Project Director to lead the construction of a luxurious 6-star hotel in Singapore as part of a multi-billion flagship project. As part of the core team in an A1 Main Contractor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, and exceeding client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team to achieve project goals, objectives, and timelines
- Develop and execute project strategies, plans, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Manage stakeholder expectations, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Oversee site operations, including construction, fit-out, and installation works
- Coordinate with various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and interior design
- Manage project risks, issues, and conflicts, ensuring prompt resolution
- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members
- Drive innovation, sustainability, and best practices in construction methods and technologies

Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end hospitality projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Strong problem-solving, risk management, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Professional certifications, such as PMP, CEng, or equivalent
- Experience with luxury hotel brands and high-end hospitality projects
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building certifications
