Our client seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee real estate development projects, particularly focusing on Grade A office buildings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the real estate industry, with proven expertise in sustainability practices, technical drawing analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Engage with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost control measures. Ensure financial objectives are met and project profitability is maximized.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed.
- Implement sustainability practices in line with Green Mark certification requirements. Ensure projects meet or exceed sustainability goals and contribute to the company’s environmental objectives.
- Analyze and critique technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws. Coordinate with regulatory bodies for necessary approvals and inspections.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure all project deliverables meet the company’s standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.


Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the real estate development industry, with a focus on commercial office buildings.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Green Mark Manager Certification is a plus.
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in budget management and cost control.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainability practices and Green Mark certification.
- Ability to analyze and critique technical drawings.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.
