We are representing a leading integrated facilities management provider that supports operations within a major healthcare environment in Singapore. Due to ongoing operational requirements, our client is looking for an experienced facilities and engineering professional to oversee site operations and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple teams and managers to ensure contractual KPIs are consistently achieved while maintaining high service quality standards.
- Drive operational excellence in facilities and engineering maintenance by implementing industry best practices and structured service delivery models to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Manage and monitor operational costs and expenses to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Support business performance by achieving financial margin targets while maintaining strong contractual relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategize, plan, and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth facilities management operations within a healthcare environment.

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant Facilities Management discipline.
- At least 8 years of managerial experience in facilities maintenance, including a minimum of 3 years within the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in project management and facilities management.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with excellent communication skills to engage customers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems.
