We are currently partnering with a reputable construction firm in Singapore with a proven track record in delivering large-scale public housing projects. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager (HDB) to take ownership of end-to-end project delivery. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex developments while working closely with key stakeholders and government agencies to ensure successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, coordination, and implementation of HDB developments.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant government authorities (HDB, BCA, SCDF, etc.) to ensure compliance and smooth execution.
• Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to construction schedules, HDB regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress closely to ensure timely delivery within budget, cost, and scope.
• Review project drawings, address technical issues, and oversee submission and approval processes.
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and audits with stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and environmental standards.
• Manage project reporting, including progress claims, variation orders, and all supporting documentation.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with HDB projects in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of HDB construction protocols, project submissions, and CONQUAS standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
• Possession of WSH-related certifications (e.g., BCSS) or Fire Safety Manager qualifications will be an advantage.
