We are partnering with a full-service commercial interiors and fit-out firm that delivers end-to-end workplace solutions—from design and engineering to construction, project management, reinstatement, and office migration. The firm is dedicated to creating functional, brand-aligned, and client-centric workspaces, and is currently seeking a Project Manager to join its Singapore team.


Key responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of fit-out projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, execution, quality control, handover and close-out.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (design, engineering, MEP, procurement) and external stakeholders (clients, contractors, consultants, vendors) to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
- Oversee cost management: prepare budgets, manage cost control, monitor expenses, evaluate change orders, and ensure profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, workplace well-being standards, and industry best practices.
- Monitor project schedules; track milestones and deliverables; manage risks and resolve issues to avoid delays.
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submissions, material selections and finishes to align with design intent and client expectations.
- Ensure site coordination, supervision, and quality assurance, including installation standards and finishing details meeting spec.
- Manage client communication: provide regular project updates, address concerns proactively, and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Liaise with authorities for permits, inspections, and statutory approvals as required.
- Lead post-occupancy evaluations or reinstatement/migration works where applicable.

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience in commercial interiors / fit-out or workplace fit-outs.
- Strong understanding of design intent, finishes, MEP systems, fit-out construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or equivalent) and strong skills in budget and cost control.
- Competence in review of technical drawings and shop drawings; ability to interpret architectural & engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work with multiple teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving capability, attention to detail, ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes, safety regulations and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is an advantage.
