Our client is a leading global real asset manager, headquartered in Singapore, with a diversified portfolio spanning retail, office, lodging, logistics, business parks, data centres, and more. They are currently looking for a Property / Facilities Executive to support the operations and management of their properties in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage handover and takeover of premises from tenants and purchasers
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programmes for assigned properties
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for repair, maintenance, and renovation works
- Ensure building upkeep, with emphasis on safety, security, and cleanliness
- Handle tenants’ service requests, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Foster strong working relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Participate as a member of the Emergency Response Team (SIC, ERT, First Aider)
- Support site project works and related operational activities
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Manager

Key Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications will be an advantage
- WSQ training in SIC and ERT preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property/facilities management
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Independent, proactive, and able to perform under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
