Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Strategy: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, footfall, and sales for the retail podium, aligning with the overall brand vision of the skyscraper development.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all marketing initiatives elevate the retail podium's premium brand image, reflecting the luxury and sophistication of the broader mixed-use development.
- Tenant Collaboration: Build strong relationships with retail tenants, understanding their business goals and collaborating on joint marketing initiatives, promotions, and events that benefit the entire ecosystem.
- Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute a calendar of high-impact events, seasonal campaigns, and activations that attract target demographics and create memorable experiences.
- Digital & Social Media: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and influencer collaborations, optimizing for engagement and reach.
- PR & Communications: Work with PR agencies and internal communications teams to secure positive media coverage and amplify key messages about the retail offerings and events.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify trends and opportunities, continuously refining marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal ROI for all initiatives and meticulous tracking of expenditures.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
