We are representing a global real estate developer expanding in Vietnam and seeking a talented senior leasing executive to join the team in Hanoi.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support property management activities, ensuring smooth tenant onboarding and lease-related issue resolution
- Coordinate with property management vendors and internal teams
- Prepare leasing presentations, proposals, and materials
- Manage leasing database and report to the Leasing team
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate leasing, customer service, or facility management
- Proficient in contract templates and leasing documentation
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations and fit-out works
- Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese (Chinese a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
