We are partnering with a well-established regional real estate group with a strong portfolio of retail assets. They are looking to bring on an operations professional to support the day-to-day management and upkeep of a prime retail mall in Singapore.

This role offers solid exposure to retail mall operations, asset enhancement works, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration, with long-term career mobility across asset classes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintenance of the retail mall
- Coordinate operational programmes and oversee maintenance works to maintain optimal asset performance
- Assist in annual budget preparation, monitor operational expenditure, and administer maintenance contracts
- Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), tenant renovation works, and operational requirements for mall promotions and events
- Work closely with Contract & Procurement teams on cyclical replacement, enhancement works, and ad-hoc equipment procurement
- Manage customer feedback and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Supervise technicians and external service providers to uphold professional and service standards
- Participate as a member of the site Emergency Response Team (e.g. Incident Controller, First Aider)
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) processes, including Permit-to-Work reviews, risk assessments, and safety inspections/audits

Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work well in a fast-paced operational environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across internal teams and external vendors
- Organised and systematic in problem-solving, able to manage multiple priorities and timelines
- Comfortable supporting after-hours work when required for operational needs
- Open to learning and future lateral movement across different asset classes, depending on business needs
