We're seeking a highly motivated and talented Real Estate Investment Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving our investment strategy.

As a Real Estate Investment Analyst, you'll work closely with our investment team to identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the Japanese real estate market

Key Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in real estate investment, development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and valuation methods
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, real estate, business)
