We are representing one of the largest APAC Data Centre Operators, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Customer Success to join its dynamic team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will provide critical support to the Senior Director of Customer Success, driving deal closure and ensuring seamless transactional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead deal-related transactional activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the Senior Director in pipeline deal closure, providing strategic input and execution expertise
- Support in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive satisfaction
- Support the Senior director in communicating effectively with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Drive customer success initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in customer success, sales, or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in data centre or related industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
