We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Investment Manager to join our Real Estate Private Equity team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment, financial analysis, and portfolio management. This role involves identifying, evaluating, and executing real estate investment opportunities, managing a portfolio of assets, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve investment goals.

This role will be highly suitable for individuals who are looking at building a brand new PERE portfolio, and supercharging their careers in a high-network environment collaborating with key movers of the statewide real estate developments. 


Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Evaluation
- Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities.
 -Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
- Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of investment opportunities.

Transaction Execution
 -Lead the execution of investment transactions, including negotiations, structuring, and closing.
 -Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.

Portfolio Management
- Manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of real estate assets.
- Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for value enhancement.
- Implement strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay informed of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Develop and refine investment strategies based on market insights and company objectives.

Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
 -Provide regular updates and transparent reporting to investors and senior management.


Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions and portfolio management.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in investment management software and tools.
