We are collaborating with a leading multidisciplinary design and build firm recognised for its expertise in crafting innovative environments across retail, commercial, hospitality, and exhibition sectors. The studio is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Singapore team.

 

This role is ideal for an architect with 8–12 years of professional experience who brings both creative and technical strength to the table. You will play a key role in leading the architectural design and coordination of diverse projects, bridging concept and execution while working collaboratively with internal design, project, and construction teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Lead architectural design development from concept through to construction documentation and completion
– Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and technical solutions that align with design intent and regulatory standards
– Coordinate closely with interior designers, project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration across disciplines
– Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and submission documents in compliance with local authority requirements
– Oversee project delivery timelines, budgets, and technical accuracy
– Conduct site visits and inspections, resolving on-site issues and ensuring design integrity is maintained
– Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and design direction
– Engage in client meetings and presentations, communicating ideas with clarity and professionalism

 

Key Requirements

– 8–12 years of professional experience in architecture, with exposure to commercial, retail, or hospitality projects
– Degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration with BOA is preferred
– Strong design sensibility combined with solid technical and construction knowledge
– Proven experience in design coordination, authority submissions, and on-site project management
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with BIM workflows is an advantage
– Strong understanding of local building codes and statutory requirements
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and technical precision
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
