We are collaborating with a global architecture and design practice recognised for its innovative, integrated approach to large-scale projects across hospitality, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The studio is seeking a Mid-Weight Hospitality Interior Designer to join its Singapore team.

 

This role is ideal for a designer with 4–7 years of professional experience who is passionate about crafting immersive hospitality environments within a multidisciplinary design framework. You will contribute to concept development, interior detailing, and project delivery, collaborating closely with senior designers and architects on regional and international projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Contribute to the design and development of hospitality interiors, including hotels, resorts, F&B, and leisure spaces
– Assist in concept creation, mood board development, and design presentations that express strong spatial and narrative ideas
– Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation packages aligned with project requirements
– Support FF&E selection, material specification, and coordination with suppliers and consultants
– Collaborate with architecture, lighting, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes
– Participate in client presentations, articulating design intent and creative solutions clearly
– Conduct site coordination and quality reviews, ensuring design intent is maintained through construction
– Work closely with project leads to support efficient project delivery and high-quality design standards

 

Key Requirements

– 4–7 years of professional experience in interior design, preferably within hospitality or large-scale commercial projects
– Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline
– Strong conceptual design ability and an understanding of hospitality spatial programming
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is advantageous
– Strong understanding of FF&E, materials, and detailing for hospitality interiors
– Excellent communication and coordination skills, with confidence in presenting design ideas
– Ability to work collaboratively within a large, multidisciplinary design environment
– Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only
