They are currently seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Singapore as they expand their capabilities and prepare for upcoming project demands.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage full-spectrum QS responsibilities from pre-contract to post-contract stages
- Prepare cost estimates, budget forecasts, and feasibility studies
- Administer contracts, variations, and claims, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline targets
- Evaluate tender documents and perform procurement reviews and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring design, commercial, and construction goals are aligned
- Lead project cost control and reporting, including cash flow and final accounts
Key qualifications:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent construction-related discipline
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to large-scale projects in Singapore
- Background can be from consultancy, contractor, or client-side
- For candidates from contractor backgrounds, MEP/building services exposure is preferred
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction laws, codes, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in contract administration, cost planning, and value engineering
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
