Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify retail trends, consumer behavior, and competition.
• Analyze market data to assess demand and supply for retail spaces in target areas.

- Tenant Acquisition:

• Identify and prospect potential retail tenants at the group level and within shopping malls.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential tenants.

- Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential retail tenants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Lease Negotiation:

• Negotiate lease agreements that align with company objectives and financial targets.
• Ensure lease terms comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Financial Analysis:

• Evaluate financial viability of potential leasing deals, considering rent, tenant improvements, and other financial terms.
• Work closely with the finance team to create accurate financial models.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Collaborate with construction, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing agreements.
• Provide input on retail space design and layout to maximize tenant success.

- Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on leasing activity, market trends, and tenant performance.

- Legal Compliance:

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in retail leasing, preferably in a real estate development context.
