We are currently working with one of the largest diversified real estate groups in the region to look for a Senior / Analyst, Workspace management to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Description
- Timely submission of periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls, and budgeting.
- System security controls and administration, managing data integrity and updates, and carrying out IT-enabled initiatives to support workflow.
- Centralization, standardization, and maintenance of manuals, templates, reports, forms, letters, and legal documents to meet service quality standards.
- Assisting and supporting the review of internal and inter-department workflow, policy formulation, staff orientation programs, and liaising with auditors, lawyers, and external parties when necessary.
- Assisting in managing system-level space requirement
- Assisting the manager in communicating leasing duties to staff, providing feedback on process and system improvements.
- Lead or assist in budgeting, forecasting and valuation exercises
- Monitor operational and financial performance of portfolio assets
- Formulate the asset business plans to enhance the value of portfolio assets
- Carry out market research, competitors’ analysis and data analysis to generate insights
- Prepare management reports and performance updates for key stakeholders
- Drive new initiatives to create value and future-proof our business

Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Business/Real Estate, with at least 2 years' relevant work experience with a strong focus on real estate reporting (including financial analysis), management reporting, policy formulation, documentation, processes, and procedures.
- Highly numerate with sharp analytical, research and problem-solving skills and strong attention to details with sound quantitative skills and a strong foundation in financial analysis
- A good working knowledge of real estate practices and documents will be an added advantage.
- IT-savvy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good analytical skills, dedicated, service-oriented team player with good initiative, meticulousness, and multitasking ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
