We are seeking an experienced Director to lead the Design & Engineering team in APAC, responsible for managing data center design projects that meet reliability, availability, efficiency, and sustainability benchmarks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and experience in managing complex design projects.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-project analysis to determine the best design approach
- Design and manage structural construction drawings for company projects
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality and precision of structural components
- Develop and implement standardized structural design processes and procedures
- Ensure stringent quality control measures are in place to meet industry regulations and company standards

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Structural Engineering or a related field
- Experience in Critical Facilities Design and Construction
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with relevant policies, design standards, and regulations
- Experience in product design or mold/equipment design is a plus
