We are currently representing one of the largest hyperscale DC operator in seeking a dynamic Technical Services Manager to lead the charge in ensuring 100% uptime and SLA compliance for our cutting-edge data centre in Hong Kong! ?


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pack in data centre operations, supporting our Senior TSM and collaborating with the Building Services Manager
- Be the go-to expert for Facilities Providers, FM Services, and third-party vendors
- Drive compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
- Own a portfolio of customers or part of the data centre site, reporting to the Senior TSM
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, repairs, and construction activities
- Ensure SOP, security, and regulatory compliance (ISMS, ISO, SOC2, PCI)
- Manage vendors, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Development team for seamless installations and testing

Key Requirements;
- 5+ years of M&E experience in data centres, facilities, or related fields
- Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin
- Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and customer relationships
- Familiar with BMS, CMMS, and CAD (a plus!)
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
