We are currently looking for a Datacenter Business Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving regional business performance, operational excellence, and organizational alignment. As a strategic partner to the Head of Ada APAC, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives, manage executive priorities, and ensure effective communication across teams and regions. This role will be based in Japan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring quality execution of operational plans.
- Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of cross-functional programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage Japan's daily, weekly, and monthly reports and business reviews, serving as a primary point of contact for gathering information from stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Ada APAC, supporting business strategy, market expansion, and organizational growth.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in a global organization, with strong financial and business acumen.
- Fluent in both Japanese and English
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and drive strategic priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
