We are currently working closely with a renowned real estate developer headquartered in Singapore with a flagship project in Cambodia and are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our HR team in driving business growth through strategic talent acquisition, management, and development. As a key partner, you'll oversee recruitment, talent management, and HR administration to ensure a highly engaged and performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Management
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage and optimize our recruitment database to encourage employee referrals
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies, evaluate new service providers, and ensure timely updates
Talent Acquisition Process
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, job fairs, employee referrals)
- Conduct competency-based interviews, negotiate offers, and perform reference checks
- Ensure seamless communication with HR teams (Operations, Administration, IT, Learning & Development)
Interview Skills Training
- Design and deliver training programs for competency-based interviews
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development Team to upskill stakeholders
- Ensure all positions have well-defined, relevant job descriptions
HR Administration
- Support Team Administration in managing key deliverables
- Liaise with the Ministry of Labor on working conditions and related matters
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Any other tasks assigned by management

Key Requirements:
- A seasoned HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A strategic thinker with a passion for building high-performing teams
