Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute community engagement programs, events, and activities that strengthen tenant interactions and overall satisfaction.
- Manage and grow online community platforms, including social media channels, to maintain active engagement and communication with tenants.
- Identify partnership opportunities and value-added initiatives to enrich tenant experiences, while supporting office enhancement projects and communications strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in community engagement, marketing, or communications; experience in co-working spaces or community management is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is advantageous.
