We are partnering with a contemporary hospitality group that offers thoughtfully curated hotel accommodations and event spaces in prime Singapore locations, serving both business and leisure travellers. The group is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Events Sales Manager to lead the expansion of event sales. This role will be responsible for developing and executing revenue strategies for weddings, social, corporate, and F&B-related events, while delivering exceptional service and cultivating strong client relationships.


Key responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and close event sales opportunities (corporate, weddings, social) to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales campaigns, promotions, and packages tailored to events and hospitality markets.
- Conduct site inspections, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage pricing to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments (F&B, operations, marketing, banquets) to ensure seamless event delivery and positive client experience.
- Maintain and expand relationships with event planners, clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Forecast sales, prepare budgets, and report on performance, conversion rates, and revenue trends.

Key qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in event sales or hospitality sales, especially in venues offering weddings, social functions, conferences or corporate events.
- Strong skills in crafting and planning marketing/sales campaigns specific to events.
- Highly familiar with all major social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple deals and projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
