Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns—from ideation to implementation—across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across platforms.
- Manage and create content for all social media channels; stay current with platform trends and best practices.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics, reporting outcomes and refining strategies to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with designers, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in marketing, with proven campaign planning and execution expertise.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, creative storytelling, and visual content creation.
- Digital Proficiency: Highly familiar with all major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and content scheduling tools.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
