We are currently representing an international construction and property development firm  with an active Development Company operating in Asia and a regional headquarters in Singapore.

This role is highly suitable for someone looking to progress their career in working on a constant pipeline of unique projects, expanding their skills in becoming more competitive in a tight market. 


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the in-house design and construction management team, reporting to the General Manager, Construction Management (GM) / Director of Construction (DC).
- Support the Project Manager in assigned projects, overseeing aspects such as cost, delivery, quality, safety, public relations, and environmental concerns.
- Assist in managing consultants, contractors, and vendors for assigned projects, addressing various project needs.
- Take responsibility for independent projects when assigned.
- Work with the GM/DC on miscellaneous tasks such as feasibility studies, due diligence checks, direct procurement, maintenance studies, and research and development activities.

Key Requirements:
Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field of study.
- Possess approximately 5 years of experience in the built environment, either in consultancy or project management (developer).
- Have hands-on experience with Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), New Build, and Design & Build (D&B) projects.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in sustainability within the built environment and be familiar with prevailing BCA Green Mark / LEED requirements.
- Be familiar with SIA and REDAS forms of contracts and Collaborative Contracting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Project Management software.
- Preferable to have experience in developing/implementing BIM standards, protocols, workflows and establishing BIM execution plan.
