Our client is a well-established, SGX-listed real estate developer and investment group with a strong regional presence across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use assets. They are currently seeking a Facilities / Building Management professional to support their operations team in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of Executives in the day-to-day management of building operations and facilities services, including outsourced vendors such as M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of both in-house staff and external service providers, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure optimal condition of the building and all M&E systems, and follow through on rectification works and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present management reports, including contract reviews and vendor performance assessments.
- Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, calling, evaluating, and administering quotations and tenders for maintenance works, services, and supplies. Provide recommendations on vendor selection and award decisions.
- Drive sustainability initiatives in alignment with Green Mark standards and environmental best practices.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, including organizing fire evacuation drills, tabletop exercises, and coordinating CERT training in accordance with SCDF requirements.
- Oversee budgeting processes, including preparation and control of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits, licenses, and certifications, while maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, managing tenancy-related matters such as fit-outs, reinstatements, and feedback handling.
- Support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Key Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Building Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Certification as a Senior Fire Safety Manager will be an added advantage.
