Key Responsibilities:
Asset Enhancement Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset enhancement strategies for existing office and retail assets.
- Lead a team of professionals to execute capital improvement projects, ensuring alignment with investment goals and maximizing property value.

Project Management
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and contractors to drive successful project outcomes.

Greenfield Project Development:
- Identify and evaluate potential greenfield projects in the office and retail sector, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Drive the development of business cases, securing necessary approvals, and managing the initiation of new projects.

Financial Analysis
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of capital projects and greenfield developments.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Risk Management
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard the successful execution of projects.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing capital works projects in the commercial real estate sector.
- Extensive experience in asset enhancement initiatives and greenfield project development.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex financial models.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
