Key Description:
- Take charge of the site team, setting high standards for service quality and creating a collaborative, efficient work environment.
- Ensure the estate operates at peak performance, from maintenance to daily logistics, ensuring residents enjoy a well-maintained, comfortable space.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with council members, residents, and contractors, ensuring everyone’s needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Oversee the renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and optimal contract performance.
- Ensure full compliance with building laws and regulations, keeping the estate safe, legal, and up to code.

- Organize and attend council meetings and AGMs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Manage financial transactions, and develop annual budgets, ensuring strong fiscal control and forward-looking financial planning.
Key Requirements:
- You have at least 8 years of industrial building management experience, and you know the ins and outs of estate management.
- You possess excellent leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build strong rapport with residents and council members.
- You’re meticulous about ensuring all operations meet legal requirements and regulatory standards.
