We are partnering with a global commercial real estate services firm that provides comprehensive solutions in property leasing, valuation, facilities management, logistics and industrial advisory, and development—supported by robust market research and sustainability initiatives—in their search for a DC Ops Shift -Technician based in Thailand.


Key responsibilities:
- Hardware support - Installation, Moves, Add, Change
- Decommission of IT equipment's (networks, servers, storage, backup services)
- Media Management 
- Connect and disconnect patch cables
- Server hardware break fix support
- Capacity Management
- Incident/Change management process

Key qualifications
- Min. 2 year experience working in DC Ops (IT) space & knowledge in data structured cabling and patching
- Experienced in Hardware support, breakfix and troubleshooting
- Certifications (preferred): CDCP, ITIL, Server+, Linux+, Network+,A+,CCNA
