We are representing a well-established Digital Infrastructure operator and is looking for a VP/Director of Delivery Japan, where you'll play a leadership role in providing strategy and optimizing the end-to-end construction process for our data center projects. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage your operational excellence, project management expertise, and strong leadership skills to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Construction Leadership: Build and lead the construction team in Japan, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of data center construction projects.
- Process Development: Create and implement processes for GC, MEP, and consultant selection, risk assessments, and ongoing project oversight.
- EHS Leadership: Provide EHS leadership on all projects and in the data center industry.
- Talent Acquisition: Identify the organizational structure needed as the company grows, recruiting headcount for the delivery department and supporting recruiting in other functional departments.
- Financial Management: Manage project-level budgets, establishing financial plans and tracking performance.
Key Requirements:
- Qualifications: B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 15+ years of related experience.
- Experience: In-depth knowledge of the Japan construction market, with experience managing construction operations and data center projects.
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt global standards and processes to regional singularities
- Experience with technical due diligence and asset acquisitions
