We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead facilities planning and management across a major precinct. This senior role involves overseeing multiple facilities, ensuring smooth operations, and driving strategic initiatives in line with organizational objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end facilities planning and management, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams and external service contractors.
- Maintain uninterrupted operation of all building systems and M&E infrastructure.
- Proactively identify and resolve existing or potential defects and operational issues.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize space utilization, facility design, and overall functionality.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, reporting requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain effective Work, Health, and Safety programs.
- Prepare board-level reports and presentations on facilities and infrastructure matters.
- Champion continuous improvement and support sustainability initiatives.
- Manage annual operating and capital budgets with robust financial oversight.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in facilities management or related engineering operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and security.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
