We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Industrial to lead the new economy asset classes business within our international real estate consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, project delivery, and growth in the industrial sector, with a focus on emerging asset classes such as data centers, logistics and distribution facilities, and e-commerce fulfillment centers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in new economy asset classes, including market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring timely and successful execution, and exceeding client expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive business development and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, disposition, and property management, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and pitching new projects, and expanding existing client relationships
- Provide market insights and expertise to clients, investors, and internal stakeholders, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market developments
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial real estate, with a focus on new economy asset classes
- Proven track record of business development and project delivery in industrial real estate
- Strong network of contacts in the industry, including clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
- Strong business development and sales skills, with ability to pitch and close new business opportunities
