We are partnering with a design-led architectural practice recognised for delivering highly bespoke, high-end private residential projects, including luxury homes, villas, and premium landed developments. The studio is seeking a Senior Residential Architect to join its Singapore team to support a growing portfolio of exclusive residential work.
This role is ideal for an architect with 8–12+ years of professional experience who is design-focused yet technically strong, with proven expertise in construction detailing, authority submissions, and on-site delivery of high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead the architectural design and development of high-end private residential projects from concept through completion
– Develop strong architectural concepts, spatial layouts, and design strategies tailored to bespoke client briefs
– Prepare and oversee detailed architectural drawings, construction documentation, and authority submission packages
– Coordinate closely with consultants including structural, MEP, civil, and landscape designers
– Manage authority submissions and approvals with relevant local agencies (e.g. URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, PUB where applicable)
– Review shop drawings, construction details, and RFIs to ensure design intent and build quality are maintained
– Conduct regular site inspections and provide architectural input during construction phases
– Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and consultant coordination meetings
– Support project planning, resourcing, and delivery in collaboration with studio leadership
– Mentor junior architects and contribute to design quality and studio culture
Key Requirements
– 8–12+ years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects
– Degree in Architecture; professional registration is an advantage
– Proven experience delivering luxury private homes, landed housing, or premium residential developments
– Strong knowledge of local building regulations, construction detailing, and authority submission processes
– High level of technical proficiency in construction documentation and site coordination
– Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
– Strong communication and client-facing skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Experience working with Singapore-based authorities and consultants is essential
– Open to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and EP holders
