We are currently representing a leading provider of property management and real estate management advisory work. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Integrated Facilities Manager, seconded to a major semi-conductor building in the Eastern side of Singapore.

The Integrated Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all facilities management activities within the semi-conductor building. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, managing maintenance schedules, overseeing compliance with regulatory requirements, and supervising a team of technicians, security guards, and cleaners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to facilities management.
- Supervise a team of technicians, security guards, and cleaners.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Coordinate work schedules and assignments to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a semi-conductor or similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience managing a diverse team of technicians and support staff.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite and facilities management software.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.
- Ability to handle emergencies and urgent situations calmly and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and ensuring a secure work environment.
