A growing real estate investment group is looking to expand its team with an Investment Manager focused on brownfield property investments. This role offers the chance to shape and drive new investment initiatives across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate brownfield investment opportunities, including acquisitions and redevelopments.
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including advisors, brokers, and partners.
- Monitor and manage asset performance to optimize returns.
Key Requirements:
- 3–6 years’ experience in real estate investments, preferably brownfield or value-add assets.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to shaping investment strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
