We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join a reputable REIT in Singapore. As Investor Relations Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing communications plans to drive investor and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with our investor relations team, external consultants, and C-suite management to deliver key messages and maintain strong relationships with the investment community. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute communications plans to drive investor and stakeholder engagement
- Assist in content development for media releases, announcements, annual reports, investor presentations, and other materials
- Build and maintain relationships with business media and the investment community
- Support IR activities, including quarterly and yearly results announcements, roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings
- Conduct investor meetings and address queries in a timely manner
- Monitor market information and provide feedback to Management
- Manage sustainability reporting matters
- Support merger and acquisition communications efforts
- Collaborate with financial institutions on fundraising initiatives
- Assist in adhoc communications projects as assigned

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Communication, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in investor relations with a listed company (preferably in REIT or real estate)
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and resourceful
