We're currently working with a well-known Singapore based Real Estate Developer to seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by monitoring and urging the design, construction, legal, and bidding activities. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with the company's plans and goals.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with design, construction, legal, and bidding teams to ensure progress
- Assist in risk management, conflict resolution, and data analysis
- Support the preparation of medium- and long-term plans and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective project coordination
- Perform other tasks as required

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Detailed knowledge of design standards, technical design software, and local regulations
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
