We are partnering with one of Asia’s largest diversified real estate groups to identify a Property Executive to support the operations and maintenance of commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are looking to grow within a well-established organization managing high-profile assets across retail malls, business parks, and mixed-use developments.


Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the handover and takeover of premises with tenants and property buyers.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for the company’s properties.
- Supervise maintenance and renovation works, liaising closely with contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee building upkeep, with a strong focus on safety, security, and cleanliness.
- Address tenant complaints, service requests, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and service partners.
- Serve as a member of the Company’s Emergency Response Team, including roles such as SIC, ERT, or First Aider.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.


Key Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building, or Estate Management.
- Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are an advantage.
WSQ training in SIC and ERT is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proactive team player with strong planning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
