Our client is a real estate developer, specialising in the retail. We are currently looking for a Senior Leasing Manager, who will drive the revenue growth of the mall.

This role is highly suitable to individuals who are entrepreneurial and seek to effect great change to an organisation. It is also centrally located and highly accessible - convenient for daily commutes. 

Key Requirements:
- Responsible for leasing retail spaces
- Handle lease negotiations for new leases and renewals as assigned
- Strategize and implement the tenancy mix
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix at the malls

Key Requirements:
- This role requires a valid CEA license
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing and Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in the retail industry
