Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with property managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure consistency in completed units.
- Coordinate with marketing and project teams for smooth handovers.
- Arrange and oversee repair and rectification works.
- Resolve disputes between contractors and purchasers.
- Handle difficult purchasers and MCST-related issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Building Services, Real Estate, or Facilities Management, with M&E knowledge.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in private residential projects.
- Familiar with MA, MCST, AGM, and DLP defect management.
- Knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in documentation and record-keeping.
