Our client is a leading global alternative asset manager with a strong presence across the Asia-Pacific region. With a long-term investment approach, the firm specialises in managing real estate, infrastructure, and private equity assets. They are seeking an Investment Associate to join the real estate platform, focusing on value-add and opportunistic corporate-level and direct real estate acquisitions in Singapore and Southeast Asia. The role provides a rare opportunity to participate in the full investment cycle—from origination to execution to asset management—while collaborating with some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

This position provides broad exposure to high-quality, complex transactions across a diverse asset base in the Asia-Pacific region. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in deal execution, portfolio management, and strategic decision-making. Working closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, you’ll be part of a dynamic platform with accelerated learning and growth potential.


Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and return analysis for prospective investments
- Perform in-depth public and private market research to support investment theses
- Support the due diligence process across functional areas (legal, financial, commercial, technical)
- Assist in drafting and presenting investment committee materials
- Engage in ongoing monitoring and performance tracking of portfolio assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different asset classes and geographies

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, STEM or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or investment management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with demonstrated financial modelling capability
- Highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines independently
