Our client is a leading provider of integrated facilities and workplace management solutions, supporting major institutions across healthcare, commercial, and public infrastructure sectors. They are seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Operations to lead their healthcare portfolio across Singapore.
This is a strategic and people-focused leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, business growth, and service quality across a multi-site healthcare network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic & Business Leadership: Lead the overall performance of the healthcare operations, ensuring strong financial results, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee the delivery of facilities management and support services across hospitals and medical facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and infection-control standards.
- People Leadership: Inspire, manage, and develop a large multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Client Engagement: Partner closely with senior client stakeholders to build trust, anticipate needs, and deliver value-added solutions.
- Financial & Commercial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance, driving operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, digital solutions, and sustainability practices to enhance service delivery standards.
- Growth Enablement: Contribute to business development efforts, including renewals and new opportunities within the healthcare sector.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in the service provider or facilities management industry, overseeing large-scale operations.
- Proven ability in people leadership—managing, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
- Strong commercial and business management skills, with a track record of delivering operational and financial results.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership capabilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare operational standards and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
